Hi, my name is Adam. You are here to see my first web page. I chose baseball as a subject because I love to watch it and play it. My favorite team is the Atlanta Braves. I also like the Cleveland Indians and the Seattle Mariners.

Introduction

On this site I hope to eventually have a set up where you can put together your own teams made up of existing players and trade them or whatever. At the end of the season, we will see who's team has the most points(I will explain the points later in my page) and they will Be the Champion team for that season. Maybe, if I have some extra cash, they might get 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes, depending on how many teams we have put together.

Rules

The rules for this game are:

  1. Two or more teams can not have the same player on there rosters.
  2. NEW TEAM- To make a new team and create your own team roster, you must e-mail me 5 starting pitchers, 3 outfeilers, 1st baseman. 2nd baseman, 3rd baseman, catcher and a designated hitter(dh).
  3. FREE AGENTS AND RELEASING- To make changes in your current roster, such as hiring free agents and releasing current team players, e-mail me with the person you want to release and the person you want to hire.
  4. TRADES- To make trades, first e-mail me the player you want and from what team he is on and the player(s) you want to trade in exchange. In other words, you would say, "I want to trade this guy from my team team for this guy on this team."

Scoring

    Pitchers
  1. Each loss is -15 pts to your over all score
  2. Each win is +15 pts to your over all score
  3. Each HR hit off of the pitcher is -10 pts from your over all score
  4. Every strike out your pitcher's get are worth +5 pts. added to your over all score

    Batting
  1. Every home run(HR) is +5 pts. to your over all score
  2. Every hit is +1 pt. to your over all score
  3. Every Srike out is -10 pts. to your over all score
  4. Every RBI is worth +1 pt. to your over all score
  5. Every stolen base is worth +2 pts. to your over all score
